Skye is majoring in human biology at Stanford University, with a concentration in human health and climate change. She is interested in narrative medicine, sharing human experiences through creative writing and studying human impacts on earth systems. During summers, she works as a camp counselor at Camp Kesem and on a charter boat in Prince William Sound, Alaska, where writing and her curiosity about the natural world intersect in her time off. When she’s not in class, on the boat or at camp, Skye can be found in the mountains, usually biking, skiing or backpacking with friends and family.
