Laura Forman

Laura joins Stanford from San Francisco, where she spent the last three years as a healthcare consultant specializing in investment messaging and fundraising for public and private life science companies. Previously, Laura spent five years on Wall Street, most recently supporting Piper Jaffray’s capital markets efforts. There she helped to cultivate and execute public offerings across the healthcare sector as the firm’s Vice President, Healthcare Specialist based in New York City. Prior to that, Laura served as Vice President on Leerink Swann’s Institutional Sales team, focused on the build-out of Leerink’s international footprint. She began her career at Bear Stearns as a publishing associate within Equity Research in the healthcare IT and pharmaceutical distribution spaces. Laura studied Sociology with a focus on Spanish language at Princeton University, where she was a sprinter on the indoor and outdoor track and field teams and a contributing writer to the Daily Princetonian.
