Erica Evans

Erica Evans

Erica Evans is excited to begin the journalism co-term this fall as she completes her Stanford undergraduate degree in International Relations.  Originally from Ohio, Erica spent four years living in Japan and a year-and-a-half living in Korea. She recently completed an internship at the LA Times where she split her time between local news and the foreign and national desk. Before that, she was covering Asian security issues at the Cipher Brief, a new global security news platform based in Washington, D.C. Other publications she has written for include the San Francisco Chronicle, SFGate.com, Deseret News and Peninsula Press.  She'll take any chance she can get to practice her Japanese and Korean language, and to eat food from those countries!
