Anastazja is a current BS and MS candidate in the Earth Systems program at Stanford, focusing on biogeochemical cycling. She is also a recipient of Notation in Science Communication with Distinction. A South Bend, Indiana native, Anastazja holds two on-campus jobs: she works as a tour guide for prospective undergraduates and a communications intern for the Natural Capital Project. Outside of academics and employment, Anastazja is a competitive member of the Stanford Polo Club, spending much of her free time on thirty-three golden Californian acres with the team’s thirteen polo ponies.
