Travis Shafer

Travis is a strategist and wordsmith that graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in journalism and mass communication and a minor in mathematics. He was a part of the UNL Drone Journalism Lab in its first year of existence and worked as a photographer for the Nebraska Athletic Department. The intersection of media, technology and human rights is Travis' primary interest, especially within the realm of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. In his spare time, he loves to play sports, make music and learn about other cultures.
