Jane Nevins

Jane Nevins

Jane Nevins received her B.A. in Feminist Studies from Stanford in 2005. She is interested in the potential of digital technologies to advance journalism and public affairs reporting. Jane is a Silicon Valley veteran with well-rounded marketing, business development and operations experience, including from noteworthy companies like SolarCity and Lyft. As a content writer and editor, she helps tech companies tell their stories. Her specialty is finding insights that make seemingly dull industry information come alive for the audience. Her passion, however, is public affairs and community service. Jane is an experienced volunteer for community organizations that support LGBT rights, anti-trafficking efforts and child welfare in the Bay Area. She joins the Stanford Journalism Program to transition to a career in investigative journalism.
