For sure, no other company is planning to acquire them — their growth rate is insignificant. A company valued at over 100x it’s earnings should have a high growth rate.

I’m Jim Clark, the founding investor in Shutterfly, and I think it’s a nice little company that might survive but will never earn its way to its present market cap. Ofoto is not much added value.
